Version 1.3.8 Follow
- Remove filtering of WDCOCC messages as people counter does not increment TX Sequence on IN counts
- Add TX Sequence and TX Type to last WDCOCC message received
- Rename firmware version to ignore the region digit as the Europe and USA region firmware are identical
